Simon grew up in Torquay which the tourist board deemed The English Riviera. His family had a fish and chip shop there which permanently ruined his appreciation of lesser chips.

He loved computing at school, improvising a decoy screen to capture his brother's password. After years of editorial and design experience he fine-tuned his web development skills to work on freelance projects until joining Aitken Design in 2020. 

He loves to play the piano, drink coffee and sit around a fire with friends by a loch.
